   known as classic massage, uses a combination of several different stroke techniques, such as effleurage which are long, smooth, slow strokes, kneading, and friction, to promote deep relaxation.  

 Focuses on the body's deep layer, soft tissue. It can release chronic tension patterns in the body. Deep tissue massage is therapeutic as well as corrective. The pace of deep tissue massage treatment is usually slower than that of other massage work. The therapist usually picks up information from the client’s tissues, assess the best way to address the tension and contractions found, and apply careful and sensitive pressure in order to achieve a comfortable and lasting release.  

  The hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.  

 Focuses on helping the physiological, structural, and emotional well being of expecting mothers. During pregnancy, massage provides relief from muscle cramps and spasms, especially in the upper and lower back,  hips, and legs. It helps to increase blood and lymphatic circulation which helps to reduce swelling. Most of all, pregnancy massage  encourages tranquil relaxation and a renewed sense of body and self for  the mother-to-be 

  A lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. 

Reflexology is a treatment that focuses on the pressure on hands and feet? There are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body that correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands, and organs of the human body. Reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, and enhance relaxation and sleep. It can relax the body to remove of stress, enhance circulation, assists the body to normalize metabolism naturally, and complements all other healing modalities.  

 Children’s Massage is not commonly used by parents but can provide a variety of different health benefits. Children respond very positively to any form of massage. It is probably the sense of touch and the bonding it brings that has such a therapeutic effect on the child being massaged.  Therapeutic touch stimulates the body in positive ways to help it grow and develop. The massage itself is beneficial at any age but because children are continuously developing, it can be especially helpful for them.   

 An aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils 

(highly concentrated plant oils).

During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to be involved in emotion.

Cupping is one of the Traditional Chinese Medicine practice. It uses vacuum cups/jars as suction devices put on the skin. The suction will active the  Qi and Blood flow along meridians. Conditions which can benefit from cupping include headache, back pain, joint and muscular pain,  infertility, sexual disorders, rheumatic diseases, hypertension, breast enhancement, bedwetting, common colds and flu, insomnia, stroke, fever,  constipation and diarrhea, chest pain, asthma and blood disorders, and so on..
