The pace of deep tissue massage treatment is usually slower than that of other massage work. The therapist usually picks up information from the client’s tissues, assess the best way to address the tension and contractions found, and apply careful and sensitive pressure in order to achieve a comfortable and lasting release.  

  The hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Most of all, pregnancy massage  encourages tranquil relaxation and a renewed sense of body and self for  the mother-to-be 

  A lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.

 Foot massage,  is a practice rooted in ancient traditions that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. These points correspond to different organs and systems within the body, and stimulating them can promote overall health and well-being. 

 Children’s Massage is not commonly used by parents but can provide a variety of different health benefits. Children respond very positively to any form of massage. It is probably the sense of touch and the bonding it brings that has such a therapeutic effect on the child being massaged.  Therapeutic touch stimulates the body in positive ways to help it grow and develop. The massage itself is beneficial at any age but because children are continuously developing, it can be especially helpful for them.   

 An aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils 

(highly concentrated plant oils).

During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to be involved in emotion.
