• The Staff at  Silvercreek Massage is here because we love what we do. We want you to enjoy the experience of a quiet and therapeutic massage with each visit. To respect each client's privacy and modesty, all massages treatments are done with full draping.
  
• Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. Sexual misconduct on the part of the massage therapist is grounds for dismissal from the  Registered Massage Therapy Association and from employment from Silvercreek Massage. If the client expresses interest in sexual massage, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full. 

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to change or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the original tratment time booked.

No-Show clients will be charged 100% of the original treatment time booked.

Depending on your provider's schedule, late arrivals may not receive the full session time booked for the treatment. Full payment for the original treatment time will be required.

•  Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. 
• We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We do not bill clients nor provide direct billing for insurance claims. 
• Sometimes private insurance companies reimburse clients for our services. It is best to get a prescription from a doctor if you wish to submit to your insurance company. We provide you with a receipt but can’t guarantee that your visit will be covered by insurance. In many cases, they will be covered, but that is at the discretion of the insurance company.
